“Nosferatu” Director Watches “Home Alone”
Robert Eggers has only ever directed R-rated feature films, but one of his personal favorites is a family-friendly classic. And, like many fans, it's a movie he watches at least once a year, probably around the Christmas holiday season.Per Konbini, Eggers shared his thoughts on the iconic 1990 movie Home Alone. The film was directed by Chris Columbus, who also served as a producer on Eggers' new Nosferatu movie. While Eggers noted that Columbus has been his "mentor" since his first feature film, his appreciation for the filmmaker's work goes much back to Home Alone.
