Editorial Policy and Guidelines

Publishing mission

Content creators at heart, we at Nova News are committed to following our editorial policy standards in all of our work. We do not broadcast politics in any shape or form, and we stay away from topics that live in close proximity to the politics of power. The only agenda we follow is the process of producing material that informs, entertains, or engages an audience.

Editorial Independence

Nova News is free of political and commercial influence.

Editorial Process

Following the classic editorial policy view, our editors research diverse, fact-based material presented in form of quality writing. Nova News strives to cover a broad range of stories that will both inform and engage our readers.

Accuracy

Nova News publishes accurately and fairly. We rigorously document and fact-check all information before making it public. Transparency comes from accuracy and we believe readers have the right to be in the know.

Errors and Corrections

We always strive to be as close to the truth as possible. However, errors are sometimes unavoidable. They will have to be reported by using our Contact page. If changes are needed to certain materials, corrections will be published as soon as possible. Our editorial policy encourages our readers to submit their feedback whenever they feel it’s important to update or change information in an article or story.

Comments

We reserve the right to publish or remove comments to make our environment better. Comments should be relevant to the article and replies relevant to the initiating post. We reserve the right to delete off-topic comments. Comments including personal attacks, discrimination, commercial information or misinformation will be deleted.
